Here Today Rotisserie is from the same team that runs the uptown classic restaurant, Coquette. Our goal is to bring a delicious and healthful option to the neighborhood and New Orleans as a whole.  

Our sister restaurant, Coquette, has spent last two decades in New Orleans obsessing about how we source our ingredients from our farmers and producers. With Here Today Rotisserie we want to apply that same passion to a more casual and accessible experience. Everything is made in house with the primary goal of being delicious but also with health in mind. We try to avoid gluten and dairy as much as possible and focus on local vegetables and grains to maximize flavor.

We know there are plenty of rotisserie chicken options out there but we believe we can stand apart in how we source and prepare our chickens. Our free range chickens are humanely raised with no antibiotics or hormones. Once butchered they are air chilled vs the more standard water chilled. This helps intensify the flavor while keeping a firmer texture to our finished birds. Our chickens never sit under a heat lamp. We pair them with house made sauces and locally sourced sides that change regularly.
